Clear Creek ISD: Appalling Library Books in Their School Libaries

This blog will show just SOME OF the books that students have checked out of the school libraries. You will see screenshots from the clear Creek ISD online library catalogs showing the school libraries and shelf locations for the books and scanned pages from most of them. You can also see if the book is checked out, lost (which means it was checked out at some point, is currently being read most likely, and may be returned), or available on the shelf for kids to read in the library (if they are afraid their parents would find out that they checked it out).

I have included several scanned pages, and please know that this isn't all of the inappropriate material found in these books. These books obviously have no place in a public school library at any level.

To view their online library catalogs, visit www.ccisd.net/departments and click on Library and Media Services.  From that page you can click on "Destiny Library Catalog" under Quick Links to see the catalogs for all of the schools.  Try searching under "gender", "transgender", "gay", "lesbian", "abortion", "rape", "sex", and "racism".
