Are Schools Advocating Transhumanism?
This page is taken from My Perspectives, Texas Student Edition Grade 8, published by Pearson Education, Inc in 2020. This textbook is currently on the textbook adoption list published by the Texas Education Agency. I have observed that Google and other tech companies are providing computers, Chromebooks, etc. to public schools. I believe this is to further their technology agenda of getting kids in the habit of using and becoming dependent on technology because tech companies and governments use technology to control us, as we have seen recently. They also use technology to advertise to kids via Google ads, YouTube, etc. during the school day. This also helps them to further their various agendas while making money for them. I also believe they want children to become so comfortable with computers, almost as if the computer becomes an essential part of them, that transhumanism will seem natural to them.
Transhumanism: humans becoming one with computers
A Forbes article published on November 20, 2017 called "Transhumanism and the Future of Humanity: 7 Ways the World Will Change By 2030" discusses this trend and states "Both wearable and implantable brain-machine interfaces (BMIs) are in development from organizations that include Elon Musk’s Neuralink, Facebook, and DARPA. These devices will dramatically alter the ways in which we communicate with each other, as well as digital devices. Today, when I speak with others, I am limited by the speed with which I can speak and the words on the tip of my tongue. When I interface with a computer, I am limited by the speed that I can type. BMIs will change all of this… to enabling communication at the speed of thought in its full, unfiltered state."
Mark Zuckerberg has described the following scenario: "Today, when we share our vacation experiences, we upload photos and videos. With BMIs, I can share my full sensory and emotional vacation experience with my friends and family." How creepy! Marxists want transhumanism and are actively developing this. Think of it this way....if you don't believe in God, then you think you will cease to exist in any form when you die. Some of these people believe that transhumanism can allow them to become part of machines and become immortal. Notice how the Forbes article does not discuss any disadvantages of BMI.
What's in our textbook?
The article titled "A Computer in Your Head?" by Eric H. Chudler, PhD (who is a professor at the extremely liberal University of Washington in Seattle) is from the textbook My Perspectives. The professor discusses machines having emotional capabilities (p. 480 paragraph 9) and acknowledges that it is not possible..... "At least not yet!" The excitement about this possibility is obvious! Again, no possible disadvantages are noted. Also notice that the questions at the end of the article do not ask the students to think about possible disadvantages of machines having emotional capabilities. The very title of the article suggests that computers can become part of us. The author also makes numerous comparisons between the computer and our brains in the article. "Computers and brains both have the ability to monitor their surroundings and respond with behavior to manipulate their environment.", "Computers and brains both need energy.", "For example, both can store memories- computers do it on chips, disks, and CD-ROMs, and brains use neuronal circuits throughout the brain." and "Both computers and brains can be modified to perform new tasks."
So you see, children, your brain is pretty much a computer anyway. So when we start to blend the two together using technology, you won't be disturbed by this. Perhaps the technology oligarchs need to watch the movie iRobot! LOL!
