"Rape Fiction" in our public school libraries. Why are kids reading about rape?

This is just one of the many books categorized under "rape fiction" found in public school libraries. The Marxists justify this by saying that if a girl is raped that she needs to read books that she can relate to and that these books can help her deal with what happened. If a girl is tragically raped, shouldn't she be talking with a counselor? How does reading a book about it help, and wouldn't reading about a fictionalized rape induce further trauma for her?

The Marxists want to desensitize kids to sexual activity. This helps the breakdown of the family, which is on their agenda. It also makes kids vulnerable to pedophiles, and a lot of Marxists are pedophiles as we have been hearing about more and more on the news. Dallas ISD is one district that provides rape fiction books for its students to check out of the library and read. Notice that there are 173 "rape fiction" titles available at various schools in Dallas ISD.

These books are in middle schools in Dallas ISD as well. A "rape fiction" search of just six of their middle schools' library catalogs resulted in 46 results.

Suburban school districts also provide "rape fiction" books for their students to check out and read. Richardson ISD has 80 different "rape fiction" titles in various school libraries for their students to check out and read.

Searching their 7 junior highs resulted in 31 different "rape fiction" titles.

Greenville ISD is a small district with 3 high schools. Examples of campus searches for "rape fiction" titles in their libraries are shown below.

Greenville Middle School has 8 "rape fiction" search results.

Greenville High School has 21 "rape fiction" search results.

Forney ISD is also a small district with only two high schools. A search of Forney High School's online library catalog resulted in 11 results for "rape fiction".

Jackson Middle School in Forney ISD has 8 "rape fiction" titles in its library catalog.

Coppell ISD has only one high school, yet a search under "rape fiction" had 82 results districtwide:

Anna ISD is so small that it has only one high school. A search for "rape fiction" in their high school and middle school library catalogs resulted in 9 "rape fiction" titles in their middle school library and 21 "rape fiction" titles in their high school library.

Clearly, "rape fiction" titles are available for middle school and high school students in large and small school districts to check out of their school library and read without their parents knowledge and consent. It is important to note that this is definitely a mature subject matter that their brains and emotions cannot fully comprehend or deal with at a young age. If their parents wish to discuss it with their children, that should be the parents' decision.

It's time for us to get informed and involved about what our school libraries are doing.
