Uncomfortable conversations with a black boy

This is a book found in many secondary public school libraries in Texas including junior high/middle school libraries as well as high school libraries, and if you would like to know if it is in your school library you should research your library's online catalog of books. If you read the title of this blog and thought that it sounded racist, you are correct! This book is incredibly racist because it is part of Critical Race Theory that "isn't taught" in our schools. This book is a perfect example of how CRT makes kids distrust and hate each other, divides America, and serves to promote the agendas of the Marxists who are running our public schools.

In a book about CRT and racism, you would expect to find these subjects and themes:

  • reparative, restorative, or social justice

  • systemic racism

  • police brutality, de-funding the police

  • implicit bias

  • white supremacy

  • white privilege

  • our country was founded on slavery

  • "allies", "intersectionality", "community", "equity", "reconciliation","transformation", and other buzzwords of CRT

What I have found in researching many of these books is that some other subjects and themes are surfacing:

  • how public education and especially colleges/universities are being used and, indeed, should be used to further this agenda and indoctrinate young people

  • "LatinX" as the new preferred term to refer to Latinos and Hispanics (The Spanish language has masculine and feminine nouns ending in "o" or "a". Well, if someone is transgender and identifies as a female, would that person be a "Latina" or a "Latino"? This throws the gender theory agenda of the Marxists completely off, so they just circumvent that problem and call everyone "LatinX". This is also an attempt to destroy the Spanish language and their culture, divide children from their parents and grandparents, and assert the Marxists' control over everyone. Remember, if you want to control a culture you have to control the language.)

  • API to refer to Asian Pacific Islanders, MENA to refer to people of Middle Eastern/North African decent, BIPOC to refer to black and indigenous people of color

  • demonizing conservative leaders

  • historical accounts are incomplete or inaccurate and often tell only part of the story

  • calls to action, activism, "doing the work"

  • There are things you, as a white person, just don't know or realize and you cannot disagree with anything the CRT Theorists/Marxists say. THEY tell you what is right or wrong and what you really think.

Here are some pages I scanned from this book, and keep in mind that kids as young as 11 are reading this in middle school. How will reading this book affect how kids see kids from different races? How will reading this book affect how kids see themselves?

On page 54, the author discusses bias and implicit bias, buzzwords of the Critical Race Theorists and Marxists. Notice at the second arrow that he states "The first way to end racism is for my white counterparts to get out of denial..." and, thus, he demonizes the entire group of white people and blames ALL white people for something he alleges is wrong in our entire society (racism).

This reminds me of how Hitler blamed Jews for the economic problems in Germany and turned the entire country against the Jews. Now Marxists have adapted racial scapegoating and use it in the United States to promote their own agenda.

The first two arrows say that we SHOULD focus on skin color so that we can recognize that the reason we are treating someone poorly is because of their race. See how skin color is a visual signal that you are oppressed? That is why Marxists focus on it. Then, the author tells white people to "Try to identify your prejudices and hold them up to scrutiny." You see, because you are white you definitely have prejudices because all white people are the same! Then he says white people should "Avoid lumping people into groups." This is truly hilarious because Marxists themselves constantly put people into racial groups and then stereotype those groups (they have trouble getting an ID to vote, they are in favor of illegal immigration, etc.) The author himself is putting people into racial groups., but he tells white people to avoid doing this.

So having white privilege doesn't mean that all white people are privileged? It means that white people had more advantages to use if they wanted to be privileged? So, you can be homeless, and live on government welfare programs and still have white privilege if you are white? According to Mr. Acho, yes you can because you had advantages that other races don't.

There are barber shops that cater to every ethnicity under the sun, and white people might walk into those and not feel "normal" to use the vocabulary of this author. Every time I tune in to CNN or MSNBC, white people are labeled as racist and called white supremacists....even by WHITE people! How are white people respected on TV?!?!? And there are countless TV shows that represent different minority groups in a positive way. And Band-aids??? Actually, Wal-mart has bandages in different skin tones as do other retailers. 100 for 5 bucks! And there are white kids going to school in neighborhoods filled with minorities where most of the teachers are not white. And history classes today focus on CRT where the issues center around minorities, not white people. If white people are discussed it is because they are blamed for systemic racism that started with slavery that all white people are responsible for and need to pay reparations for.

The top part of this page is so racist that it is unbelievable. Please, Mr. Acho, enough with the stereotyping and hate speech against white people. He might be surprised to learn what the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has this to say on its website:

The Department of Justice defines what a hate crime is on its website.

I don't see the words "except white people" after the word "race". So if someone commits a crime against a white person because that person is white then that is, by definition, a hate crime. The blatant hate and racism against white people in this country is so blatant that it is shocking. The fact that mainstream media can talk about all white people being racists is appalling.

Notice that he states at the bottom of the page that "We got to start the youngins out right." The Marxists know that they have to indoctrinate young people starting as young as people if they want to change this country.

The "white privilege" argument is meant to divide us. This is a country of equal opportunity, the best country in the world. Anyone who works hard can be successful, and I can show you countless minorities who were born here and who immigrated here who have done that. If "white privilege" existed, then every white person would be successful and that is just not the case. Mr. Acho might be surprised to learn that several minority groups "substantially out-earn whites" as an article from the New York Post shows:

These are actual statistics from the US Census Bureau. The problem for the Marxists is that the facts don't match their propaganda. The problem for our country is that people typically don't research these facts and simply repeat what they hear.

Most of this page encourages white people to face up to their supposed "white privilege". The third arrow shows that only in his college class did he think that "white privilege" actually existed. Marxists are using education to indoctrinate our youth from Pre-K through college.

Here, he promotes the fallacy of systemic racism as has been proven by the US Census Bureau statistics. And why should white people trace their family tree? Because white people are responsible for the sins of white people in the past even if their families had not even immigrated to this country yet when slavery was here. He continues on the following page.....

Remember, this book is being read by young people! And the Marxists want and need them to be activists.

In other words, don't think about it. Don't think about what we say or try to reason for yourself. Just accept what we say as the truth.

"For one, it makes all white people accountable." Again, the Marxists and Nazis have long been known for demonizing an entire race of people to promote their agenda.

Just accept that all white people are responsible for systemic racism. Don't think for yourself!

"White talk"? This is so racist.

More ways how young people can be activists.

On page 242, he actually teaches young people how to protest and continues on the following page.......

On this page he wants people to be activists for defunding the police. He mentions how they defunded the police in Camden, NJ. What he DOESN'T mention is the crime statistics in Camden, NJ today:

This small town of around 75,000 people has one of the highest crime rates in America since they defunded the police. So, defunding the police has not helped reduce crime.

New Jersey, New York, LA all want to defund the police, and what do all of these cities have in common? They are run by the Marxists. Also, people are moving out of these cities because they don't feel safe according to statistics and polls. He leaves that information out, of course.

This book is being used to indoctrinate children in Marxist ideology in middle schools, junior high schools, and high schools. Is it in your child's school library? Get informed and get involved so we can save our kids!
