Notice how everything is related to race.  Even in education they "focus on structures of social and educational inequality as they relate to race, class, and gender" and they have an "examination of gender, race and culture in mathematics, science and computer science education". Notice also how teaching is "a form of intervention in these processes" of power and control in education.  Students at UNT learn that everything is related to race: education opportunities, politics, criminal justice, etc.  By the time students leave UNT and become teachers, librarians, and counselors in our public schools they have been indoctrinated in Critical Race Theory and that influences how they might indoctrinate their own students.
