VERY GRAPHIC Graphic Novels in Irving ISD School Libraries

They know kids have trouble getting images out of their heads. But that's not the only reason they put inappropriate content in graphic novels. Parents don't suspect anything; they think it's a cute comic strip thing. Also, reluctant readers will read a graphic novel instead of a regular novel. Plus, they are colorful with pictures and they really appeal to kids.
